Liability Waiver

Effective Date: October 15, 2025

By purchasing, downloading, or using any software, product, or service (collectively referred to as "the Product") provided by DenniTech Crypto Trading Bots ("DenniTech," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. This Liability Waiver is a legally binding agreement between you and DenniTech, and your use of the Product constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant financial risks, including but not limited to the potential loss of all invested capital, market volatility, technical failures, regulatory changes, and unforeseen events. The Product is an automated trading tool designed to assist you in executing trades on cryptocurrency exchanges such as Kraken, Binance, and Coinbase. However, the use of the Product does not guarantee profits or protect against losses. You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly speculative and unpredictable.
• The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate dramatically, and you may lose more than your initial investment.
• The Product relies on third-party exchanges, APIs, and market data, which are beyond DenniTech’s control and may fail or be manipulated.

2. No Financial Advice

DenniTech does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The Product is intended for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or to engage in any trading strategy. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, and you should consult a qualified financial advisor before using the Product.

3. Limitation of Liability

DenniTech, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively "the Company") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
• Errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the software, even if caused by DenniTech’s negligence.
• Losses due to market conditions, exchange failures, hacking, or other external factors.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Product due to internet connectivity, server issues, or third-party services.

The Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

You assume full responsibility for the use of the Product and agree to use it at your own risk. The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. DenniTech does not warrant that the Product will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be free from errors.

5. No Guarantee of Performance

Past performance of the Product or any trading strategy is not indicative of future results. DenniTech makes no representations or guarantees regarding the profitability, reliability, or success of the Product. Any testimonials, examples, or results shared by DenniTech are for illustrative purposes only and may not be typical.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

The Product, including all code, documentation, and related materials, is the intellectual property of DenniTech. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Product.
• Distribute, sell, or share the Product with third parties.
• Use the Product for illegal activities or in violation of exchange policies.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DenniTech harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Product, including but not limited to any violations of this Waiver, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

8. Governing Law

This Liability Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kentucky, or in the courts of Kentucky if arbitration is unavailable.

9. Changes to This Waiver

DenniTech reserves the right to modify this Liability Waiver at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Product after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Acceptance

By clicking "Buy Now," downloading the Product, or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Liability Waiver. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from purchasing or using the Product.

11. No Affiliation with Exchanges

DenniTech is an independent entity and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by any cryptocurrency exchange, including but not limited to Kraken, Binance, or Coinbase. All trademarks and logos of third-party exchanges are the property of their respective owners.
